We believe every learner deserves a strong foundation. Founded in Miami and serving students across Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, FLC delivers personalized, affordable, and certified online education for adult ESL learners and K–5 students.
Two programs. One mission.
ESL Adult Program
Live online English tutoring and conversation practice designed for adult learners at every level — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Flexible learning options include group classes, private 1-on-1 tutoring, pronunciation support, grammar improvement, and conversational English for everyday confidence.
FLC Online Private School (K–5)
A comprehensive online private school program for Kindergarten through 5th grade, offering a full curriculum in English Language Arts (ELA), Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, and Physical Education. Students learn through live instruction with certified teachers in a supportive and engaging virtual classroom.

Early 2026 — Building the foundation
A gap worth closing
Foundational Learning Center was born from a recognition that too many adult learners and young students lacked access to affordable, high-quality, personalized instruction. Founded in Miami, FL, FLC set out to change that — starting with two underserved groups: adult ESL learners and K–5 students needing a private school alternative.
Programs take shape
FLC developed its two flagship programs — the ESL Adult Program and the FLC Online Private School for K–5 students. Certified instructors were recruited, the platform was built, and the first students were welcomed in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.

FLC officially launched its live online sessions, welcoming its founding cohort of students across four states. The work is just beginning — and we couldn’t be more proud of what our learners are already accomplishing.
